The City’s Winter Solstice Event enters its fourth year and as in years past, hundreds of neighbors will gather at the City’s Riverfront to view the Christmas ships, to warm by the roaring bonfire and enjoy caroling and warm refreshments provided by the Lewelling Neighborhood, thanks to kind donations made by the Oak Grove Starbucks. 

The event will be held near the Jefferson Street Boat Ramp in Milwaukie Riverfront Park on Friday, Dec. 15th from 5 to 7 p.m. Volunteers are needed to help out with the event.
