Sewer Rate Dispute Intensifies
Citing Milwaukie’s failure to meet a May 19th deadline, the Director of Clackamas County Service District 1 (CCSD) has recommended the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) terminate the wholesale agreement that has been the basis for Milwaukie’s sewer rates for more than 30 years.
